Basking Ridge, June 6, 2018 – After more than 500 data migrations for over 100 companies, Valiance Partners celebrates its 15-year anniversary this June. The computer software and services GxP data migration company has been headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ since inception, but has expanded, opening Valiance Partners Europe in Dublin, Ireland, in 2015 to better service its global market.
Pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies are often in a state of change because of mergers, acquisitions or divestitures. Every time that happens, IT must decide how to handle data from all affected companies to achieve a smooth and accurate transition. But it can be incredibly arduous, as IT is put under an enormous amount of pressure and must overcome a number of data migration challenges.
For 15 years, Valiance has offered a unique solution of products and services to help highly-regulated companies meet regulations and achieve 100% data verification of corporate data and documents.
“We have many to thank,” said Rick Higger, President of Valiance, “including our outstanding employees and our loyal customers. Clients keep coming back to us to do the hard work required to meet their demanding GxP migration needs as they acquire, merge and divest over and over again.”
Now framed in the board room at headquarters, the original business plan for Valiance Partners was first written on a napkin. Since then, Valiance has expanded at an exponential rate, tripling its number of employees in the past three years and helping some of the most well-known life sciences companies, including Merck, Pfizer, Allergan, and Sanofi.
Rick Higger added, “We’re grateful for all the recognition we’ve received over the years and look forward to continuing to meet our clients’ unique challenges.”
Valiance’s software products, TRUmigrate, TRUcompare and TRUconsole, provide end-to-end data and content migration software solutions for IT, quality, validation and test management. In addition, their professional services help clients embark on migrations with the technology, business and compliance knowledge needed to succeed in regulated industries. They bring an unparalleled knowledge of regulations, business processes and precision results to every client engagement.

Migrations are a complex undertaking and traditional testing approaches often fall short of today’s business and compliance requirements. The ensuing risk can easily result in costly errors. The question is: How sound are your current testing and sampling approaches?
