Prior to Valiance, Nagesh was senior project director for Altro Solutions, leading engagements for some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in North America. Many of these projects emphasized controlled document processes, standard operating procedures, clinical and manufacturing.

Nagesh has also held project management and engineering positions at Intelligroup, Inc., were he played a central role building solution for both public and private sector clients. Before Intelligroup, Nagesh served in a variety of IT positions at Carnival Cruise Lines and Nucleus Software Workshop Ltd. of New Delhi, India. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University in Guntur, India, as well as a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.
